1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

13.2 Arbitration

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015.
